Built by alumni from Microsoft, Amazon, and Intel, HaHa launched its private beta in December 2021. As one of the first marketing hires, you will be responsible for our company's growth and ultimate success.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Test and iterate to find the best go to market strategy including digital, advertising, comms, and creative channels.
- Bring an analytical framework to go to market activities
- Brand and position HaHa as an industry leader and first mover for the crypto community
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Produce content and creative needed for marketing and bd campaigns
- Participate in the planning of company objectives
Experience & Skills
- Currently enrolled in university and working towards a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a team player
- High say/do ratio
- An ability to think strategically and tactically; you can see the big picture for a growing brand and are willing to roll-up your sleeves to take on everyday execution tasks
- Work cross-functionally with agencies and our leadership team to create succinct messaging and communication across internal and external channels
- Thrives under uncertainty
- Prior success in Twitter, Reddit, and other social media campaigns
- A basic level of knowledge in blockchain & cryptocurrency
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency community
- Prior experience in a marketing or retail environment
- Experience using Mixpanel and Google Analytics
